Team Introduction
Deal hunting management: Lead and manage the team that is responsible for the end-to-end deal hunting framework and strategy, operation guidelines, timeline management, and progress tracking
Post-campaign evaluation: Support the preparation of performance analysis, identify pain points, form post-campaign insights & establish areas of improvement
Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional and country teams to optimize & improve deal hunting processes
System knowledge: Understand the overall deal hunting system and product features to increase operation efficiency
Job Requirements:
More than 7 years of experience in e-Commerce or marketplace, in relevance to commercial operations/ category management/ category operations
Strong analytical skills with good understanding of e-commerce metrics
Self-motivator & team player, and embrace a collaborative and open working culture
Strong communicator with all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing business and environment
Experience managing a team and using e-commerce or related systems is is a plus
