Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the property management sector
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for new business prospects
Coordinate and attend client meetings, property tours, and industry events
Maintain and update data base system with client and prospect information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties and clients
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for property management services Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status
Support the creation and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development function
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies
