VIP & Partnership Lead, Gulf Binance
Responsibilities:
Understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers
Design and implement end to end user experience for VIP customers
Responsible for product roadmap to serve VIP customer
Devise and execute user acquisition and retention strategy for VIP segment
Support the team in sourcing and managing large scale partnership to drive user and volume for Gulf Binance platform
Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles
Proficient understanding of financial products
Experience in relationship management/VIP management will be a big plus
Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to formulate strategies and plans and execute with minimal guidance or supervision
A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills as the role will be largely external facing with clients and partners
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty
Native fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal English
User-focused, data-driven approach to decision-making. Able to design and analyze key metrics dashboards
