Trade Marketing Manager (Modern Trade)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans targeted at modern trade channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Lead negotiations and drive promotional activities with modern trade partners

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing
• Proven experience in modern trade distribution channels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Access to transportation and ability to oversee markets in various provinces
