Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and visually appealing contents, videos & short videos for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and especially Tiktok.

• Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to showcase our products (brief of products & selling points) and foster brand advocacy.

• Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Provide regular reports and insights (trends and contents) to guide future strategies and optimizations.

• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing goals and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Have at least 1 years of working experience in developing Social Media platforms focusing on Skincare/Beauty area for at least 6 months. Or have worked with Skincare/Beauty brands focusing on social media content creating is preferred.

• Fluent in English is a MUST.

• Bachelor's degree from any major.

• Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.

• Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.

• Willing to do WFO policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
