Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, marketing, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Build and enhance S. Khonkaen Foods’ employer brand through targeted marketing efforts, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
• Monitor labor market trends and provide strategic insights to managers, addressing recruitment challenges proactively.
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support in achieving recruitment goals.
• Partner with the leadership team to ensure alignment on talent needs, with a focus on hiring senior executives and director-level positions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
• Proven experience in hiring for senior executive or director-level positions, with a strong understanding of executive recruitment dynamics
• Previous experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, with the ability to coach and develop team members
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks for effective sourcing
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other platforms to proactively source and attract top talent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
