    Revenue Assistant Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Igniting Occupancy Momentum:
    • Lead efforts to boost occupancy and sales for newly onboarded buildings, infusing each space with vitality through your expertise and enthusiasm.
    • Occupancy and Sales Strategist:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize occupancy rates, ensuring that each building is lively and filled with engaged residents.
    • Resourceful Entrepreneur:
    • Leverage creativity and resourcefulness to drive sales and increase occupancy. Explore all available resources and strategies to achieve and surpass occupancy goals.
    • Funnel Manager:
    • Manage the sales funnel meticulously, tracking every stage from initial leads to appointments and ultimately to sales. Ensure a smooth and efficient journey for prospective residents.
    • Out-of-the-Box Thinking:
    • Embrace innovative and unconventional approaches to achieve outstanding results. Continuously push boundaries and explore new methods to drive growth.
    • Reporting:
    • Provide insightful and strategic reports to the Revenue Manager, offering valuable insights and guidance to steer the revenue strategy toward greater success.


    Job Requirements

    • Sales and Marketing Background:
    • Extensive experience in sales or marketing, with the ability to attract and convert prospects into residents seamlessly.
    • Minimum 3 Years Experience:
    • At least three years of relevant experience in fields such as Business Development, Business Analysis, Sales and Marketing, or Product/Project Launch.
    • Creative Results Driver:
    • Proven track record of driving results through innovative and creative strategies, with a history of setting and achieving high benchmarks in your field.
    • Real Estate Projects Launching Experience (Preferred):
    • Experience in launching real estate projects is highly desirable, providing a valuable perspective and advantage in this role.
    • Entrepreneurial Experience Encouraged:
    • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus, reflecting boldness and ambition that align with our vision of redefining co-living and driving innovative growth.
