Strategic Accounts Manager - Agricultural
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead liaison for key customer and project accounts, maintaining strong, long[1]term relationships.
Develop and implement customer experience strategies tailored to individual account needs.
Identify and address account pressures, plans, and challenges through structured communication.
Collaborate with internal departments and third-party advisors to craft effective, customized solutions.
Conduct regular account reviews and maintain up-to-date insights in CRM systems. Stay informed on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor activities.
Represent the company in sales of equipment, parts, services, and tech-based products.
Ensure sales targets and volume objectives are met for assigned accounts.
Influence customer purchasing cycles and anticipate future business needs.
Maintain comprehensive product, service, and financing knowledge relevant to the customer base.
Engage cross-functional teams (sales, service, admin) to address and fulfill customer requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, sales & marketing, finance/accounting, engineering, or agriculture-related field.
Minimum 5 years of equipment sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment sector.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices and operations
Financial, business, and logistics management expertise.
Excellent relationship management and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in heavy equipment.
Proven success in sales and marketing strategy execution.
