What you will do As a Process Expert, you will:
- Drive operational performances, follow up trends and triggers in Daily Management System.
- Identify losses priorities from operation KPI's and implement actions with relevant pillars.
- Lead analysis on losses deviations, internal and external issues.
- Perform process audit to monitor and secure specification with standard compliance.
- Benchmark with other factories and implement improvement
- Create and delivers work instructions, operation related training materials to operators.
- Drive/Participate to internal/external trials, customer audit and ISO audit.
- Apply all good manufacturing practices, safety regulations, hygiene rules and quality standards.
- Be a member of pillar and actively WCM methodology towards zero losses.
Profile description:We believe you have
- At least 6 years experience in production process.
- Experience on extrusion, coating and laminating process.
- Strong competence on managing projects, production processes, manufactacturing environment and WCM concepts&principles.
- Strong leadership skill on dynamic, capable and productive.
- Proactive and Result oriented with high demand level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Good command in English and Thai.
