Set up the training and services systems for artists.
Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new artists via all types of channels and platforms.
Maintain the operation work and keep improving the previous workflow to generate better outcomes.
Complete other tasks related to agencies or artists.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English communication. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
Excellent resource expansion ability.
Having certain ideas and interests in the live-streaming industry, being good at communicating with artists and cross-department, have good communication and collaboration skills.
Good Office (Powerpoint and Excel) skills, a background in customer service management, social media operation, or local sales fields.
