HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, L&D training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off-boarding.
• Process monthly payroll, tax clearance and government contributions.
• Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
• Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.
• Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.
• Create positive company culture by proposing company bonding activities.
• Propose and manage employee welfare initiatives e.g. Group Health Insurance, Social Security Benefits, Outing program

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial position
• Thai national with a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Well versed with Labour code of the Thailand, and statutory rules and regulations
• Good knowledge in payroll
• Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong collaborator
• Critical thinker who is empathetic, proactive and resourceful
• An appetite for shaping a culture and building a team
• Good command in English and Thai
