Head Of Sales

What we're expecting on our Head of Sales:

• Managing a team and overseeing their day-to-day management.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
• Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
• Plan to ensure achievement team target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
• Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target.
• Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.

What you should have:

• Bachelor degree or higher in business administration, sales, marketing, or related fields
• Strong experience as an Account Director, Director of Sales or similar sales role.
• At least 7 years experience in a Sales position or related fields.
• Knowledge of the media market, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills
