Networks Development Manager - Agricultural
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Oversee distributor/sub-dealer recruitment, appointment, performance, and compliance.
Plan and manage brand distribution footprint across Thailand.
Administer the distributor/sub-dealer contracts and annual performance reviews.
Drive sub-dealer performance improvement initiatives and mentoring programs.
Ensure effectiveness and legal compliance of all contracts with OEMs and vendors.
Maintain strong communication with internal teams, OEMs, customers, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
At least 15 years of experience in dealer operations, preferably within automotive or agricultural industries.
Demonstrated excellence in operational leadership and strategic execution.
Strong overall experience in project management and network development.
High emotional intelligence for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in operational tools and software, along with strong organizational and decision-making abilities
