Key Account Manager (Medical)
Responsibilities:
Driving Sales & Distribution: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and expand distribution in both existing and new accounts.
P&L and Budget Management: Oversee the profitability and budget of the medical channel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to drive brand advocacy and loyalty.
Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving healthcare landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Distributor Management: Deploy and drive sales through the distributor team, ensuring effective execution of plans and targets.
Qualifications:
Have a strong background in Medical, Pharma, or Science and experience working with distributors.
Are skilled in Medical O+O Engagement, Sales-Driven Strategies, Budget Management, and Stakeholder Management.
Are a natural relationship builder with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
Have a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and seizing new opportunities.
