Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each market.
- Identify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing & Markets
- Define the optimal assortment for each market, securing the commercial launch of novelties and the phasing out of slow movers and obsoletes.
- Create and build business opportunities to drive market share growth.
- Define pricing strategy, ensuring it is followed by local teams.
- Contribute to the success of sales meeting by proposing compelling content and decks adapted to local needs.
- Lead the delivery of commercial results for the category.
- Steer regular commercial business reviews with the markets and drive commercial agenda for the category.

Minimum experience
- 5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.
- Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.
- Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
