Business Development Manager - Payment Department

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Payment Partnerships:

- Identify and establish partnerships with local and international payment service providers to facilitate seamless transactions for our users.

- Negotiate terms and manage relationships with payment partners to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.

2. Resource Management:

- Utilize local resources and networks to enhance the payment infrastructure and resolve any operational challenges.

- Stay updated with local financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify new payment trends and opportunities within the cryptocurrency sector in Thailand.

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the payment options available to users, enhancing overall platform competitiveness.

4. Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the payment operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for payment initiatives.

5. Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the payment department when necessary, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Implement and optimize payment processes to enhance user experience and reduce transaction times.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or payment operations, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency sectors.

- Proven track record of establishing and managing payment partnerships.

2. Skills:

- Strong understanding of payment systems and fintech operations.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement effective strategies.

3. Local Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of the Thai financial landscape and regulatory environment.

- Established network of contacts within the local payment industry.

4. Language:

- Fluency in Thai and English is required, even better to understand Chinese.
