Manage and drive distributors’ performance to achieve KPIs with the identified gap closing within the assigned region
Ensure distributor compliance (objective, plan, standard, system, and process) are on track and follow company guidelines
Assist in inventory management activities and company assets e.g., Point of Sale Materials (POSM)
Partner with distributors to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance, further required infrastructure, and profitability
Monitor distributor performance P&L and ROI through monthly and quarterly business review
Lead distributor health check to ensure productive distributor standard process of PEP team and distributors team with a region
Be a single point of contact between PEP and distributors
