Lead Campaign Management

Job Description

• Lead and drive marketing initiatives for credit products, including SPayLater and SEasyCash, to achieve business objectives and maximize growth potential

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging cross-selling opportunities across financial services to enhance user engagement and revenue

• Assist in overseeing the marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution, smooth project management, and alignment with business objectives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, finance, and regional team, to align on campaign objectives and ensure seamless execution

• Establish and refine marketing SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and maintain high execution standards

• Analyze and optimize budget allocation, campaign performance, and marketing ROI to drive continuous improvement and business impact

• Proactively explore and propose new marketing channels, partnership opportunities, and promotional strategies to drive business growth
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 7 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a strong track record in campaign execution, project management, and strategic planning

• Experience leading or mentoring team members to drive marketing initiatives effectively

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing strategies

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence key decision-makers

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Experience in e-commerce or financial services is a plus
