Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and execute strategic plans to grow sales in assigned industries and key accounts, including plans to grow total Tencent media sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including new clients both direct and agencies.
• Coordinate with product and content managers to support partnerships by aligning online, offline, and in-app marketing efforts.
• Develop and track metrics to measure the success of the client's campaign activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Digital, Tech or related field.
• Experience in managing multi-channel online campaigns for major brands will be an advantage.
• Negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing and implementing deals.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under intense deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinker who is proactive and strategic in their approach.
• Energetic, creative, flexible, and have a passion for working in a highly dynamic industry.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
