Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and human resource management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
