Learning And Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess the competency training needs of employees at all levels within the organization.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training roadmap that align with organizational goals and individual development plans.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee performance and address performance gaps.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
Setup & implement annual training programs and staff development plan in order to support and enhance employee’s required knowledge, skill and attitude through variance learning i.e. e-learning, external & internal training, including workshops, Team Building, E-learning, and on-the-job training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a People Development or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of learning and development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
