Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates that meet the qualifications for each role, ensuring alignment with the company's annual manpower structure and staffing needs.
• Ensure that the recruitment process complies with the required ISO standards and is completed within the specified timeframe.
• Collaborate closely with department managers and hiring teams to understand their recruitment needs and provide qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and channels, including social media, job boards, and networking platforms, to attract top talent.
• Manage and continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure it delivers high-quality results and meets organizational goals.
• Handle employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values through various platforms and communication strategies, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
• Create and implement strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment and branding efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and human resource management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ISO standards or other relevant compliance frameworks is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in employer branding and promoting a company’s culture through digital channels.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
