    Department Manager - Employee Experience (Engagement & Communication)

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Experience & Culture

    • Define, develop, and shape the organization's culture, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a strong sense of belonging.

    • Create and maintain a workplace culture aligned with company values and mission.

    • Collaborate with leadership to identify key drivers of employee satisfaction and areas for cultural enhancement.

    Employee Engagement

    • Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies and frameworks to strengthen motivation, morale, and retention.

    • Organize and oversee engagement activities such as events, workshops, recognition programs, and surveys.

    • Analyze engagement results and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

    Internal Communication

    • Design and execute internal HR communication strategies that deliver clear, consistent, and compelling messages to all employee segments.

    • Manage communication channels such as email, intranet (KPG Square), newsletters, digital signage, social media (e.g., Facebook), and more.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote HR initiatives, company updates, and employee programs.

    Campaigns & Brand Activation

    • Lead the planning and execution of internal campaigns to promote key HR initiatives including core values, health & wellness, CSR activities, and more.

    • Strengthen the employer brand by showcasing the unique culture and employee value proposition.

    • Drive initiatives to apply for and win HR awards and recognitions, enhancing organizational pride and visibility.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related field

    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR-related functions

    • Strong understanding of corporate culture, internal branding, and employee lifecycle engagement

    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills

    • Proficiency in digital communication tools, intranet management, and campaign execution

    • Creative, people-oriented, and driven by impact
