Product Development Associate/manager

Responsibilities:

• FDA and TISI Compliance:
• Handle product registration and license renewal processes with the FDA and TISI.
• Ensure product packaging materials are correct and compliant with country regulations
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to product import and export.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory requirements.
• Do product development strategy, research market trends, competitor products, activity and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities in terms of markets and product range to drive business growth.
• Be a product analyst, Prepare and develop Product concept and Pricing.
• Working closely with regional team to perform product market research and localized products for commercialization
• Collect and analyze feedback on products, plan product improvements and overhauls
• Support the introduction of new products to the market, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience with strong interest in Product Marketing in FMCG Industry
• Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Background in Business management/Product development/Product marketing
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external parties.
• Willingness to work with cross-country teams.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in the FMCG industry preferred.
