We are a leading company in the healthcare industry, dedicated to improving patient outcomes. As an Account Value Partner (Sales Executive), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Perform iDoc reconciliation for daily sales data to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile sales data with third-party service providers for completeness
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, delivery, and sales data
- Generate export order invoices timely and accurately
- Manage service invoice issuance and provide regular reporting
- Maintain clear records of order transactions and communication
- Generate reports related to order processing for management decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order management systems or SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least three years of experience in order management or customer service
