Tiktok Shop - Community Content Production & Strategy (E-commerce)

Position Details

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Production

  • In charge of content planning & production for TikTok Shop creator e-Commerce activities including both livestream & video content including content scripting, shooting/ editing, livestream assistance, etc.
  • Define content strategy and establish content ecosystems that align with market preferences, include content diversification across various topics and selling categories.
  • Conceptualise, develop and execute various fresh and creative contents through activating several content agendas; crafting the LIVE session concepts & materials, hashtags, challenges to support e-commerce Livestream operation.
  • Actively research market trends & collaborate with XFN team in order to get sufficient inputs to strategically implement solutions to acquire new users and improve retention through content crafting.


Community Development

  • Grow, develop, and initiate community programs based on current situations to elevate engagement in the community
  • Manage outreach channels for community and educational purposes such as TikTok, Facebook community, and YouTube.
  • Drive and track performance of TikTok Shop Creator community & educational activities.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • English proficiency and Thai language proficiency
  • 3+ years experience in live streaming, creative production or advertising.
  • Experience producing/editing TikTok videos is also a must
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as Capcut, Premier Pro is a must. Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max) is a plus
  • Experience designing in/for PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other presentation platforms
  • Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines, good communicator, ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills, good time & project management, prioritization skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good sense of creativity and strong content ideation/production knowledge as well as practical project executive & management experience; knows studio work & setting-up well
  • Detail oriented, ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
