TECH Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels.
• Partner with department managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities, offering guidance and expertise in the recruitment process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations based on assessments.
• Manage salary and benefit negotiations with candidates, as well as facilitate the offer and acceptance process.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to make data-driven hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in TECH Talent Acquisition
• Strong analytical, planning & mentoring and relationship building skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization.
• Must be able to collaborate with all levels of employees
