Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
• Analyze and improve recruiting metrics, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Screening and Selection:

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and participate in interview processes with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate assessment and selection processes, including administering tests and coordinating interviews.

Employer Branding:

• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Onboarding:

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop comprehensive onboarding programs.

Data and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on recruiting activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
