• Community Management: Foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use insights to optimize and improve strategies.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
