Position Details
  • Provide dedicated assistance to the Japanese Account Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Contact Vietnamese and Japanese customers via phone or email to confirm requirements, send quotations, and share relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Support team to prepare accurate quotes based on client needs.
  • Once customer POs are received, liaise with the Procurement Team to efficiently process orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, the Account Manager, and relevant departments.
  • Translate documents between Vietnamese, Japanese, and English as needed.
  • Visit customer sites and work with vendors to conduct site surveys, gather information, and negotiate pricing.
  • Organize and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate efforts within the team and with external partners (customers, vendors, ISPs) efficiently.
  • Report updates verbally and in writing to the Manager and the team in charge.
  • Handle documentation: vendor contracts, customer agreements, case closures, and invoice issuance.
  • Demonstrate continuous commitment to clients’ needs and support after-sales (billing, invoices, trouble reports).
  • Occasionally visit vendors to register services on behalf of the company.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by the Manager.
