Senior AI Engineer, Digital Business

We’re looking for a pragmatic and versatile Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in Computer Vision to join our fast-moving, compact team. You will play a key role in developing and deploying real-time video analytics features—covering tasks such as object detection, behavior recognition, and anomaly detection—used in production environments.

This role is hands-on and full-cycle: from prototyping to optimization and deployment. You’ll work both independently and cross-functionally with product and platform teams. In a lean environment like ours, we value engineers who can move quickly, take ownership, and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Computer Vision models for real-time video analytics: object detection, activity recognition, people/vehicle counting, anomaly detection.

• Develop and optimize inference pipelines using tools such as NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, Triton, or other equivalent stacks (ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO, etc.).

• Own and maintain production-grade AI components across both edge and cloud environments.

• Continuously improve performance and accuracy based on production feedback and monitoring.

• Work closely with internal teams to integrate AI functionality into product workflows.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand technical needs and translate them into working solutions.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of deployed AI systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience building and deploying Computer Vision models in production environments.

• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience with one or more inference toolchains (e.g., NVIDIA DeepStream, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, Triton, etc.).

• Solid understanding of real-time constraints and video analytics pipelines.

• Experience with opensources for real-time video stream processing (RTSP, RTMP, video decode/encode) such as GStream, FFmpeg.

• Familiarity with using image processing tools such as OpenCV, GTK, Matplotlib.

• Comfortable working independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a product-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs or Vision-Language Models (VLMs).

• Familiarity with edge deployment platforms (e.g., Jetson, Xavier, Raspberry Pi, etc.).

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and basic MLOps practices.
