A. Buyer communication: to help Users understand what is changing, how it will specifically affect them, and also proactively address buyer concerns & potential sentiment.
Develop communication plans and concise content for various topics, including but not limited to new policy, product feature, user survey, MKT programs (Digital Product, Game, Loyalty Campaigns, etc), holiday announcement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, CS, MKT, BD, etc.) to align on key messages & plans.
Monitor and analyze communication performance & user feedback to assess the effectiveness.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance communication strategies, cost-effectiveness & team performance.
Assist with other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.
B. Buyer Insight
Track and analyze industry trends by benchmarking policies, communication practices, and buyer behaviors across the e-commerce platform.
Support reporting tasks as needed (e.g., weekly report, surveys, desk research).

2+ years of experience in Communications, Customer Experience, E-commerce, or related fields.
User-centric mindset, with a passion for improving buyer experience.
Excellent writing and editing skills; capable of simplifying complex information.
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, analytical mindset, able to track performance and derive insights.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and improve.
