Ensure the success of key brands on Shopee platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation
Educate brands on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign and market insights.
Implement campaigns for brands, analyse and report their performance.
Develop and execute strategies to drive brand performance, ensuring alignment with GMV and operational targets.
Track and review brand performance metrics frequently, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including inventory planning, commercial, and marketing, to align on strategies.
Coordinate on-site and off-site strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversion.
Address questions and resolve issues raised by brands or internal teams promptly, ensuring win-win solutions.
Work with brands to plan long-term growth strategies, including category expansion and new product launches.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development at recognizable brands or retailers.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations and platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
Highly proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying and addressing challenges.
