1. Identify, source, and establish new partners and sales channels for each product to expand market reach.
2. Negotiate partnership terms in line with business growth targets and compliance requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner management teams.
4. Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with partners.
5. Monitor partner and sales channel performance and provide regular performance reports and insights to management, and drive improvement initiatives.
6. Coordinate onboarding programs and product/sales training for partner staff and sales channel.
7. Work closely with IT and Risk teams to ensure partner-facing systems (portal, app, API, etc.) are functional, user-friendly, and compliant.
8. Support incident resolution and system enhancements that impact partner experience or business performance.
9. Collect and analyze partner and market feedback to enhance partner experience and product-market fit.
Experience: 5+ years in business development or partnership management in Auto Loan
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, cross-functional coordination
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with auto loan processes, dealer networks, and motor vehicle financing practices
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field
