    Position Details

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential customers to sell our CRM & Loyalty solution.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our solution.
    • Develop and deliver customized proposals to meet customer's specific needs.
    • Close sales and meet monthly targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.


    Requirements

    • Thai Nationality
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably selling CRM or loyalty solutions.
    • Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Good understanding of CRM systems and their benefits for businesses.
    • Knowledge of loyalty programs and how they drive customer engagement and retention.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to travel to client meetings and sales activities.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
