Purchasing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Issue PO and documents for procurement process
• Define and manage all requirement to ensure project timeline is achieved within the budget
• Prepare sub-contractors’ contracts
• Contact suppliers to get all items quotation for requestor with price comparison and suggestion
• Manage data for JDE system PR, PO, Suppliers quotation and review invoice to ensure that all process completed
• Update purchasing database regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years working experience in either Procurement/ SCM/ Finance or related disciplines
• Import/ Export experience is preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess service-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate (verbal/ written) in English language is a must
