Key Tasks:

• Act as the central point of contact for exception cases and escalations for operations.

• Reviews and ensures achievement of customer-specific KPIs and service agreements.

• Maintain close business relationships with high-value clients to ensure the delivery of high

• quality of services.

• Provide proactive problem resolution and corrective action to ensure excellent services.

• Handles escalations.

• Coordinates and improves customer Operations related processes.

• Identifies and collaborates to secure new business with appropriate commercial owners.
  

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Business.

• Excellent knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products, especially OFR and business systems.

• Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills.

• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Proven Project Management skills.
