Project development and project management role to lead the team in development and execution of the assigned project and being an accountable for the success of the assigned project.
Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
Pre-construction development of the projects; lead the technical scope and support the non-technical scope in development of the projects, including:
Conceptual designing and development plan of the project.
Procurement of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts through appropriate approaches; from TOR until contract signed.
Technical supporting for non-technical works e.g. permit/license, EIA, legal, financing, BOI.
Execution phase of the projects; responsible for project management to achieve schedule, budget, and quality targets, including:
Overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction team.
Contract management.
Risk management and mitigation, change management.
Scheduling and resource planning.
Project close-out and lesson learnt.
Coordinating with team and providing supports on relevant issues in order to complete project effectively.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 15-20 years’ experience with at least 10 years’ experience in Port Project
Project management, scheduling and resource planning, and risk management capabilities.
Understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.
Get it done mindset.
Managing and empowering others, commercial mindset, problem solving, decision making.
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad
