People Onboarding Coordinator

Position Details

Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate prompt provision of onboarding services, such as generating employment offers and related tasks
  • Provide guidance and information to internal parties regarding employment contract details, obligations, and procedural steps when required
  • Proactively detect and address issues that arise during daily operations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to guarantee that new employees receive their necessary equipment promptly
  • Manage specific elements of the employee onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions for newcomers
  • Uphold a strong ethical standard, recognizing the importance of confidentiality and security in handling sensitive data


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Laws, or related fields. Fresh grads are welcome
  • Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and multi-cultural group of professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Experience working in a HR role
  • Knowledge in Thailand or more countries’ labor laws
  • Experience working with either Greenhouse, Zendesk and/or Workday
