    Partnerships Manager

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with partner organizations including Google Cloud and Microsoft, to foster collaboration and drive joint initiatives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with technology vendors and service providers that complement our solutions portfolio.
    • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to align partnership activities with business objectives.
    • Drive partner enablement activities such as training sessions, joint marketing campaigns, and co-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Serve as a liaison between our company and partner organizations to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
    • Own product-level targets and vendor product databases.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
    • At least 5 experiences in partner management, business development, or related roles in the technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of technology solutions and industry trends, particularly in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
    • Results-oriented mindset focusing on achieving targets and delivering value to stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
