Online Business Management Expert

Roles and Responsibilities

- Contribute technical advising services on enterprise resource management, business management of online adult education platforms, and MSME development on a small team reviewing the landscape, capabilities, and opportunities for the ASEAN SME Academy

- Review and provide feedback expert feedback on plans and products for a Markey Study, online training Content Review, and Satisfaction Survey (led by other consultants).

- Design and administer a rapid needs and capability assessment for the ASEAN SME Academy. Using industry best practices, consider relevancy and currency of technological advancements, regulatory frameworks and business education delivery systems in a review of ideal business models, processes, and IT systems that should be considered by the ASEAN SME Academy. This will include design of an assessment process and tool(s) to be used, including an Information Technology Review to help determine specific IT needs and potential platforms to sustainably maintain the SME Academy under various proposed future scenarios.

- Contribute to targeted data collection, including carrying out Key Informant Interviews directly related to business process management, ERM, IT systems considerations, or other issues related directly to the needs assessment.

- Draft a final Analysis of findings, with major recommendations for business processes, IT systems, and other business processes.

- Provide written feedback on final reports from other team members, including the Markey Study, Content Review, and Survey.

- As needed, participate in presentations and revisions of findings and final reporting

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise resource management (ERM), computer information systems, online business management, economics or related fields.

· At least 7 years of experience in online business development or management, ERP or ERM, computer systems management, organizational capacity assessment, managing improvement plans for General Online Education Courses and advising on Online Business Curriculum approaches and Organizational Capacity Assessments

· Experience designing, evaluating, managing, or maintaining EPR and/or ERM software systems and processes, including especially for online businesses or online education systems (e.g., online universities, online adult education providers, etc.).

· Experience in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis and presentation including consolidating findings into practical steps for clients

· Expert in defining problems and conceptualizing solutions or alternative practice for improving online course performance.

· Expert in project management and research management

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Fluent English Language skills.
