Human Resources Manager

Position Details

Responsibilities:

The HR & GA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with organization goals. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the HR development, HR management and overall administration.

Additionally, this role will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws and also handle recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.The candidate will work closely with other executives and managers to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Thai employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of management and employees to maintain positive relationships and resolve any employee issues
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in employee relations management, legal compliance, and HR policy development
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Fluency in Thai and English is required
