CVS Manager (Tops)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities to contribute & develop new innovative services
• Propose marketing campaigns and suggest product improvement
• Analyse, identify, and enhance current services to improve performance and create new initiative business opportunities
• Aacquire & negotiate with partners across industries for collaboration and to achieve sale target
• Liaise internal & external teams to plan, execute & deliver project to the market with seamless user journey to achieve business goal
• Design & understand end to end process of all services
• Drive take-up through campaign and communication alongside marketing team
• Monitor, track & analyse service performance and trend of services to identify growth
• Manage and prioritize multiple competing projects concurrently, while paying strict attention to detail
• Complete ad-hoc works upon necessity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in business, engineering, finance or other related fields
• 5+ years of work experience in Business Development, Project Management, Partnership, Sales, or related fields
• Clear communication skills, effective negotiation skills, problem solving skills and the ability to identify others’ needs
• Be proactive and possess growth mindset, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new thing
• Be able to handle multi-task and flexible time working hours
• Be able to work under pressure with minimum guidance
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ethical
• Strong track record in achieving targets
• Experience in retail or financial business would be advantages
