Corporate Governance Capacity Development

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging corporate governance trends and best practices.
• Analyze and interpret complex issues.
• Prepare contents and storyboards for e-learning and in-person training aligned with CP culture.
• Identify, collect, and organize all relevant corporate governance information, including:
• Code of Conduct, Policies and guidelines
• Best practices and industry standards in corporate governance
• Research reports and academic publications
• Develop and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status of all information within the repository.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Development, Business Administration, Economics, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate governance, compliance management, risk management and other training development
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Compelling and effective content creator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese is preferred.).
• Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite specially in PowerPoint Program and other relevant software.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies (e.g., SharePoint, databases).
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work with team and good collaboration.
