Brand Manager - New Product Development (Non-Alcohol)

Responsibility :

• Be responsible in building and expanding NPD to serve Non-al Portfolio.

• Lead new product developments from end to end process (from trend and market survey, to product development, to factory production, and cost saving).

• Strategise and Ensuring projects align with business goals

• Best in tracking the progress of each project

• Ensure winning of all products.

• Optimise costs to match financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in brand management, product development, or marketing, preferably within the beverage, food, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional NPD projects from concept to commercialization.

• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate with factory or technical teams in product development and production processes.

• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
