Associate, Marketing (Influencer Management)

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a portfolio of content creators to join Klook’s Kreator Program — identify potential ambassadors, conduct outreach, onboard them into the program, and support their ongoing engagement to ensure consistent brand alignment and campaign participation.

• Assist with the end-to-end coordination of influencer campaigns, from briefing to content delivery and reporting.

• Plan, set up, and maintain workflows for better request intake from business teams and influencers

• Support the planning and execution of influencer trips and offline events — assist with logistics, itinerary coordination, guest communications, and on-ground operations to ensure smooth and memorable experiences for participating creators.

• Stay up-to-date on influencer and social media trends, helping the team spot rising talent and fresh ideas.

• Manage the Kreator Line OA group and email communication, promptly attending to inquiries, including troubleshooting and registration inquiries, etc.

• Update weekly promotions and up-to-date campaigns to communicate effectively with Kreators. Always collect data and feedback from Kreators for continuous improvement.

• Serve as the go-to person for all operational matters within the Kreator team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 1-2 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing (fresh graduates with potential are welcome!).

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

• A team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
