Account Manager It Solution (Chinese Segment)

Job Purpose

Responsible to sell activities of B2B Enterprise customers in designated Chinese segment which has market majority located in BMA east and central region through client’s relationship and account management to achieve the revenue and key financial targets.

• Selling company’s product and services to B2B designated customers (Chinese Segment) including negotiate contracts and close agreements so as to maximize profits
• Growing and maintaining share of wallet on Chinese segment customer’s ICT spending with company’s product & services
• Proactively remaining connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
• Building strong client relationship to maintain the existing base revenue and acquire the new one as well as taking care of overall account management to attain highest customer satisfaction
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key Chinese accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Expanding the new business solutions portfolio in assigning chinese accounts at the level of company’s expectation
• Collaborating with cross functional team as needed to best position company’s product and services
