Nhân Viên An Toàn Lao Động (HSE) - Bến Cát (Bình Dương)/ Từ Sơn (Bắc Ninh)

Location: 8 Đường D6, Hoà Lợi, Bến Cát, Bình Dương, Vietnam

Location: Đường số 5, KCN, Đô thị và Dịch vụ VSIP Bắc Ninh, Phường Từ Sơn, Bắc Ninh

• Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.

• Provide support to the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.

• Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out as requirements.

• Provide, maintain, and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices and equipment, and utilize them in day-to-day training.

• Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety

• Ensure the contact personnel working on the property are in compliance with the company's policies and safety norms.

• Assisted with maintaining site preparedness and emergency planning and procedures.

• Assist in identifying risk, and assessment, and have an appropriate control/corrective action.

• Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies

Yêu cầu công việc:

Must have: 

• Manufacturing or Logistic (Warehouse) experience and at least 2-3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.

• Graduated from college/university majoring in Technical, HSE, or related fields

• Willing to travel for work

Nice to have:  

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, standards, and HSE.

Other requirements:

• Working time: Monday to Saturday (9am - 6pm)

• Ability to work independently and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.

• Ability to analyze information logically and meticulously.

• Opened mindset, adapt to changes, and willing to learn new things
