• Analyst and Develop human resources such as wages and benefits, recruitment, personnel development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, corporate culture, etc., to support current and future business expansion plans.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to provide guidance and support in achieving their goals through effective HR strategies.
• Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering expertise on a wide range of HR matters, such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant employment laws to drive continuous improvement in HR practices across the group.
• Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
• Foster effective communication channels between HR and departmental teams, ensuring smooth information flow and timely resolution of HR queries.

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years’ direct experience in a HR Strategic Partner, HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions.
3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
4. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective and Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environment strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth and work under pressure
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
7. Able to communicate in English well and have excellent presentation skills at meetings
