1. Main duties
Support development of short- and long-term sales plans by channel and region
Analyze TT & MT sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to generate strategic insight
Design and implement trade promotions, merchandising, and sales support programs
Monitor execution results (revenue, volume, promotion cost) and propose improvement solutions
Support sales teams and distributors in executing incentive programs, promotions, and merchandising plans
Manage system data (PBI/ERP/OMS) related to TT – MT activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
2. Others
Other Sales activities as assigned by JP MNG/BOD
Make report as required by Sales Strategy MNG (Japan HQ report, MTG preparation,…)
- Education: College/University
- Major: Sales (or similar major)
- Experience: Working in a Japanese company/ studying or working in Japan is a plus
- Knowledge: Sales, FMCG, 3 years experience at the same/ equivalent position at FMCG company (TT and MT channel)
- Strong communication, numerial mindset and logical thinking skills
- Quickly adaptive, Hard-working, Passionate, Proactive
- Good at computer (Microsoft software)
- Fluent English (Upper Intermediate, Business level)
- Reputation for sincerity, honesty and reliability.
